Edict Issued by Emperor Hongwu of the Ming Dynasty to Hrogskunrgyal  appointing him the Governor-Generalof Olisi.

The Ming Dynasty set up the Dbusgtsang and Dokham Military Commissions, Olisi Office of the Governor General to be in charge of the military and administrative affairs of the Anterior and Ulterior Tibet, Chamdo and Ngari.
