Today the contestants don't feel like strangers because of yesterday's interaction, all the contestants are talking to each other in English. Maybe they want to practice before the competition, or maybe they are just curious of the competition's English speaking skills.

The competition is about to began and the contestants are somewhat nervous. Wang Yongjia from Shanghai, Zhang Shaobo from Tianjin and He Peng from the middle school attached capital normal university are the first round competitors. In the mean time, the second round of contestants prepared to compete.
The competition in which Liushuang from Tianjin and Wangguanchun participate is seen as the most wonderful one. The theme of the competition is motherhood and Wangguanchun 's mother is seated in the audience.
Wangguanchun's performance was very well. However, his opponent liushuang press forwards early. Being a little nervous, wang Guanchun receives second place.
I can feel the atmosphere is really very good , Actually I don't feel it is a real competition , It just like a friendly match . Because, the other two contestants on the stage are just like my friends, I really like the competition atmosphere here. I really cherish the opportunity to meet so many excellent players here. I like this program very much. So if the other students have this chance, please don't miss it.
Today is mother's day. I thank my son that he gives me the special present in this day. I am also encouraged by his strong performance on stage. I don't care whether he wins the competition; the most important thing is the practice and the participation. Through taking part in this competition, he has made new friends and learned from them.

Whereas, the result of the third competition is contrary to everyone's expectations. Yaoxinyue from Wangjing Boarding School Attached to Capital Normal University is the winner.
Actually, I wasn't nervous at all. I just a little bit tired. That boy contestant NO.1 is really talkative and active. I don't realize if there is any advantage, but people say that my logical thinking is quite better.
The contestants are aware that winning is not what is important. The most important thing is to participate and learn. Contestants bring eagerness and learn with experience and new friendships.

有了前一天的短暂接触，今天的见面，各位选手之间便少了一份陌生，也许是为了更早的适应比赛，也许是为了测试一下对方的实力，大家都在用英文聊天。

随着大赛的临近，大家都有一些紧张。第一场的角逐在上海的王永佳，天津的张少博，和首都师范大学附属中学的贺鹏之间展开。在第一轮比赛紧张争夺的同时，第二轮的比赛选手也开始做起了准备。
天津的刘爽和上海的汪冠春参加的这场比赛被认为是最精彩的。比赛的主题是“母亲”，而此时汪冠春的母亲正坐在台下。
由于对手刘爽的步步紧逼，在之后的答题中汪冠春有了一点紧张，最终获得了第二名。
我感到（比赛）的气氛非常的好。它不象一场真正的比赛，更象是友谊赛，因为台上的另外两名选手就象是我的朋友。我非常喜欢这种竞争的气氛，我非常珍惜这个能认识这么多选手的机会，我非常喜欢这个节目，如果其他的选手能有这样的机会，千万不要错过。
今天是母亲节，我非常感谢我的儿子能在这个节日给我这个礼物。他能在台上这么优秀的表演，对我也是很好的鼓励。虽然他没有拿到荣誉证书，对我来说也无所谓，关键是锻炼、参与，是能够交更多更好的朋友，向更多的优秀学生学习。
在第三场的比赛中，大家一致看好来自北京的选手庞嵩，因为他在加拿大居住过六年，英语的口语和听力都十分优秀。
但是，比赛的结果却出乎所有人的意料。来自首都师范大学附属中学的要新乐获得了冠军。
实际上，我一点也没有感到紧张，我只是感到有点累。一号选手真的很善谈，也很积极。我真的没有认为我有什么优势，但有人说我的逻辑思维比较好。
正如参赛选手们所说的那样，比赛输赢其实并不重要，重要的是参与和过程。选手们带来的是一份期待与热情，带走的则是一份收获和友情。
