China's initial public offering scale reached 370 billion yuan in year 2007, making the A share markets the most popular ones to raise money. China's Securities Regulatory Commission says it's because China is rich of marketization resources and has been letting companies go public according to market conditions.

Yao Gang, Deputy Director of China Securities Regulatory Commission said "I think financing and refinancing through the equity market will stay at high volumes this year. But companies have to be careful of the market conditions and see if investors are active or not. "

He also says China welcomes overseas companies to be listed in China's domestic market.

Yao Gang said "Well companies incorporated overseas may face some difficulties in getting in line with Chinese local provisions, if they want to get listed. So we are working on how to legislate according to their conditions and to facilitate their future listing in China's equity market. "

Financial market observers say listing of overseas companies will improve the asset quality of domestic market and benefit its long-term development. But because of the legislation differences and currency exchange issue, the listing will still needs some time.
