CPPCC member said: “In my proposal, I suggest that we speed up the construction of energy production, especially the conversion of wind into electric power. In developed countries, 5 to 15% of power supply is derived from wind energy. But the figure in China is only 0.05%. ”
NPC deputy Liu Zhenying said: “The premier's work report filled us with joy. It displayed the down-to-earth attitude of the central government. It talked about both the achievements and the conflicts and problems. It covered problems like the incompetence and corruption of certain government agencies. We feel that the report is quite practical and the government is very down-to-earth. ”
CPPCC member Zhang Yin said: “My proposal is on the issue of taxation. The company I run is a solely foreign-funded enterprise. So I feel that taxation is crucial. In developed countries, there're consumer tax and lots of other taxes. I'm very concerned about taxation, which is linked to a nation's prosperity. Also, taxation is about balancing the wealth of citizens. ”
