Chinese students studying in the United States are preparing themselves to come back and work in China. A series of meetings have been organized recently in the US.
All participants in the meeting agreed that communication between the commercial, financial and academic circles in the US and China should be improved. Students, who want to get themselves ready to come back to China, stress that the precondition is to have a good understanding of what is going on in China now.
Lei Jianbo, Chinese Students' Union at Columbia University, said, "We are here to communicate together directly. In this way, we can get ready to go back to China and to contribute our knowledge in future."
The meeting was jointly organized by Chinese students' unions in a number of US universities, including Colombia University, Pennsylvania University and MIT.
