Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji has started delivering the Report on the Work of the Government to the Fifth Session of the Ninth National People's Congress （NPC）, which opened at the Great Hall of the People Tuesday morning.
The report falls into eight parts in about 15,000 Chinese characters.
