We are off to keep our appointment. Hey, where did all my friends go? It’s time to set off on our journey. As soon as everyone is ready, we can begin the trip.

All the way there, everybody heads towards the destination in high spirits, sometimes slipping and falling, sometimes walking in single file. Ahead of us is a paradise of ice and snow. It is there our appointment will take place, and where our romance will begin. This is our first “Long March”, and we must walk day and night.

The moment we have been waiting for has finally arrived. During this traditional yearly reunion, countless new lives will be created.

Everybody is scattered in every direction, all of us searching for our other halves. We sing our love songs at the top of our voices, hoping to find that special other person, our future life-long companion.

The first snow of winter softly approaches, and a peace descends on the land. The females all wait serenely with new lives growing inside of them

We have to protect it from the dangerous cold with our bodies and our feathers. Born into this icy world, it has to be strong enough to survive.

Problems frequently arise in the course of handing over the young, since some young couples are still new to all this. If the shell is cracked, the poor little penguin, still unable to endure the harsh weather, will say farewell to this world. So we have to be extremely careful.
男企鹅：我们成功了。而你却要向大海的方向进发了。我会一直保护着我们的宝宝，直到你回来。记得要带点食物回来。我会想你的。
