　　一 开场

　　赵： welcome to cctv outlook.

　　田： 今天桌子上怎么这么多蔬菜而不是平时的鲜花？

　　赵： 今天我们聊的就跟蔬菜有关。我们每天都吃菜，但蔬菜的英文说法你都会吗？

　　田和大：先说两三种菜名。

　　赵： 这里有一个南瓜，你们猜多重，谁猜对了这就归谁。

　　赵： 咱们这南瓜只是普通的一个南瓜，你们说说你们见过的最大的南瓜有多大。

　　大： 有20斤

　　田: 自己最爱吃番茄，比如凉拌西红柿。

　　大: 自己最爱吃土豆，土豆泥，炸土豆片。

　　田： 土豆热量高，你不想保持身材了吗。

　　大： 没关系，现在有了新开发的低热量土豆，我怎么吃都不会发胖了。

　　为了让大家更好地理解这条新闻 我们先解释一下 新闻中会出现几个词

　　大： 过多食用烤薯条，炸土豆等高热量食品一直是人们发胖的重要原因。减肥大军一直为此发愁。近日，美国弗罗里达大学研制出了一种低热量的土豆，这是一种通过杂交获得的新品种。它的碳水化合物的含量比普通的土豆少三分之一。研究人员表示，即使是最坚定的减肥者也可以毫无顾虑地食用用这种土豆炸出的薯条而不必有后顾之忧。

　　赵： 我看刚才那条新闻里的土豆和正常的土豆 看上去也没什么区别吗

　　田： 好像颜色有点发红

　　伟： 其实土豆也是非常有营养的 ： carbohydrate

　　100克土豆蛋白质含量约在2克～2．5克，而且土豆的蛋白质proteid质量好，接近动物性蛋白

　　赵： 现在科学非常发达 科学家研制出来什么杂交的 crossbred 转基因的食品 刚才片子中提到的土豆就是杂交的，他它的碳水化合物的含量比普通的土豆少三分之一。

　　番茄瘦身 提倡饭前吃一个番茄，其中含有的食物纤维不为人体消化吸收，在减少米饭及高热量的菜肴摄食量的同时，阻止身体吸收食品中较多的脂肪。

　　赵： 你说西红柿好吃，你说土豆好吃，那它们还有什么吃法。要不你们来比一比，看谁爱吃的菜做出的菜多。

　　大： 好，我会做葱油土豆丝，制作方法：先把土豆切成丝，丝要比较细，不能断，再用水把土豆洗洗，然后先把葱用油爆炒，再把土豆丝倒入，炒的时间要长，因为土豆不像菠菜容易熟。

　　（配小片），先将土豆切成丝，再放入清水将淀粉洗掉；在锅中多倒油，将切好的香葱放入锅中炒熟，倒入土豆丝，多炒会；再按顺序放入白醋、糖、盐和鸡精即可。

　　田： 看上去还不错 但是太麻烦 又是切又是炒的 还很破坏营养

　　我会做蜜汁西红柿 很简单

　　（配小片）先将西红柿去皮，可将西红柿倒放入沸水中，但不能煮熟，这样拿出来好去皮；再切块；将蜂蜜用开水稀释，把西红柿放入搅拌；最后放入桂花酱即可。

　　赵： 看来还是大伟领先。

　　新闻2 番茄大战： 在西班牙穆尼奥尔镇每年八月的最后一个星期三，都会举行盛大的番茄大战。当天中午十二点随着一声令下，早已等在广场和附近街道的人们立即冲向满载西红柿的六辆大卡车，抓起这些红色子弹胡乱的向身旁熟悉和不熟悉的人们砸去，使整个市中心变成了一片红色的西红柿的海洋。约一个小时后，斗士们个个弹尽粮绝，这场番茄大战才宣告结束。它每年都举行，也吸引了很多世界的游客。

　　This bloody Tomato Battle took place annually in August in a small town ,Spain. It attracted thousands of tourists all over the world each year. After an opening announcement at 12:00 a.m., people eagerly awaited in the nearby blocks rushed towards to the six trucks full of tomatoes. People picked up tomatoes and threw the red bullets to the crowds. Immediately the center of the town became a red sea of tomatoes. Among all the tomato fighters, some tough onions could easily become the common target of others and obviously became more bloody in the crowds. After one-hour’s bloody battle, all the fighters had no tomato to throw any more and were tired in the red sea of tomatoes.

　　赵： 为什么会有番茄大战？

　　大： 传说1945年的时候该小镇（穆尼奥尔）上，有一个小乐队吹着喇叭招摇过市。领头者更是将喇叭翘到了天上。这时一个年轻人突发其想，抓起手边的一个西红柿向喇叭入口里扔，并且相互展开比试。这就是西红柿节的由来。

　　赵：我估计还是因为这个小镇上盛产西红柿，他们的西红柿吃不完 又交通不便，运不出去只好用来互相打着玩

　　田： 真想不到世界上还有这么疯狂的地方，下次去欧洲旅行一定要亲自去感受一下。

　　这个有点像张着大嘴的鲨鱼的图案，就是最新推出的玉米地迷宫，玉米地迷宫顾名思义就是由生长迅速的玉米筑制而成的迷宫，斯图尔特花园曾经培育出世界上最大的玉米地迷宫。而他们也希望今年的这个迷宫能吸引更多的游客，虽然这个酷似鲨鱼的迷宫从空中看来线条简单，但实际上对于方向略微差点的游客来说，这个迷宫客人的本领恐怕也不比真正的鲨鱼差多少。

　　萝卜节是墨西哥瓦哈坎州一项独特的新年习俗，这里盛产萝卜，萝卜雕刻大赛是每年萝卜节的重头戏，为了这个大赛，当地的能工巧匠在两个月前已经忙碌起来了。他们先要精雕细选找出适合雕刻的萝卜，然后根据每个萝卜不同的造型特点设计造型，高超的雕刻技巧更是必不可少。这个大赛设立了造型大奖，每次比赛都会评选出前三名最佳造型，获奖者可以获得一笔奖金。不过很多参赛者表示，吸引他们的并非那份奖金，而是那份贴近自然的体验。
