 This year marks the 100th anniversary of Li Xiannian’s birthday. Li Xiannian was a former President of China. He was not only a brave and resourceful military officer, but also a finance minister with a rich experience. We invite Li Xiaolin, the Vice Chair of the Chinese People’s Association For Friendship with Foreign Countries to tell stories behind the outstanding life of her father . How does this elite group of people - the astronauts - prepare and train for their mission?
On Aug 14, at 8:00am,  we will invite Chen Shanguang, (Chief Commander and Designer of the China Manned Space Engineering Astronaut System) to our studio to unveiling the mysteries of China’s manned space program!

Nowadays, it is so easy for people from different countries to travel and study abroad! How to get there and how much money to bring is no longer a worry - what concerns most people these days is how to adapt to local culture and society.  Culture shock is still not easily overcome. On Aug 15th, we will tape two episodes about overseas students!  Come join us and share your own stories!
