The 15th round of Chinese Table Tennis Super League got underway on Saturday. The Chongqing team were without key player Jin Jing'e, which could have contributed to their 3-1 defeat by Datong.

Jin didn't participate the competition due to illness, which meant her teammate Jia Jun would play two singles matches for Chongqing. But Jia was unable to see off the pressure and lost the first singles match against Wu Yang from Datong.

But the pair of Li Qian and Mai Lele then fought back in the doubles' match and gained a point back for Chongqing. But that wasn't enough to turn things around. Jia Jun then lost the next match to her opponents in her second apperance and that handed the final victory to the Datong team.

On the men's side, Bazhou took on Haining, with both sides in the relegation zone. Bazhou emerged as the final winners, defeating their opponents 3-2.
