They can enjoy a number of benefits unavailable at other construction sites, among other things. Cai Yajun is a construction worker at the national indoor stadium. He is now in the living area for the Beijing olympics construction workers where he can surf the Internet.

Books are also provided for the workers to read in the reading room. Cai likes novels most.

Cai is just one of the thousands of migrant workers now working on the Olympic venues. The difference between working on these venues and other construction sites is obvious.

Cai Yajun, construction worker, said, "I feel so proud to work here. It's such a precious opportunity. This is the first time for China to host the Olympics in its 5000-year history. So I really feel happy and honored to work here."

Migrant workers working at Olympic venues can also enjoy convenient medical services. A clinic is set up specially for them, which saves a lot of time in the event medical attention is needed.
