The last game of the 2007 Four Nations Basketball Invitational Tournament tipped off with hosts China facing Australia on Wednesday. Unfortunately for China, it was to be their fifth straight loss against the team. With the victory, Australia take their second Four Nations Tournament title, while China managed third place.

China were without key players Li Nan and Zhou Peng who had fallen sick, and Wang Shipeng who was suffering an ankle injury.
