In the Toulon International Youth Football Festival, China's Olympic team have cruised to the final after edging out Cote D'ivoire 5-3. In the final match, China will meet hosts France who have beaten Portugal 1-0.

China in red were off to a good start, as they got a free kick seven minutes into the match. But Yu Hai's header failed to score.

Neither side managed to break the ice in the first half. In the second half, Cote D'ivoire rallied back, and they almost threatened China's net in the 76 minutes.

The match finally entered the penalty time at 0-0. Cote D'ivoire lost their fourth goal while China shot in the first four. China continued to score the fifth, sealing their win 5-3. This is China's first time to advance to the Toulon football final.

Yu Hai said, "I've told you that it's just a matter of whether we can win the title. I will keep my promise."

In another semi-final match, France defeated Portugal 1-0 to book a place in the final.
