With the Asian Games just 10 days away, the Chinese men's team have boosted their confidence with three warm-up victories. Despite the absence of star center Yao Ming, they wrapped up their three-stop in Zhuhai with a 80-58 win over the Australian Youth Team on Monday night.
Australia's Youth Team will be competing in the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

China's starting lineup was the same as usual, including former NBA center Wang Zhizhi.
Although China had better inside skills, they had few good baskets because of a strong Australian defense.
Wang Zhizhi said:"Although we had height advantage, they scored a lot of points from the three point line. Our spirits were low at the start which affected our defense. Our coach noticed this and talked to us about the problem, I think we have to pay attention and play better."
