Ousted President Manuel Zelaya says the Secretary-General of the Organization of American States -- Jose Miguel Insulza -- will travel to Honduras.

He says the OAS chief plans to give the caretaker government in Honduras an ultimatum to reinstate him.
Miguel Insulza, Ousted Honduras President, said, "Chief Insulza (OAS chief Jose Miguel Insulza) has been authorized to give the acting Honduran President, who took power by force an ultimatum. He will NOT negotiate anything. He will not discuss anything other than giving him an ultimatum. And he will listen to see how they will reinstate a democratic system based on a popular election a system that immediately respects the popular will (of the people)in Honduras."
