Obviously and admittedly, there is a lot more to be done here in China to ensure that everyone can enjoy proper medical care due to a sound national social security program. It’s what we call the construction of the social harmony.

By the end of this year, a new vision and blueprint will be deliberated and hopefully approved at the state council to solve this problem. How can the new plan guarantee an easy access by ordinary Chinese folks to a decent medical care program?
