The issue of Intellectual Property Rights has prevented China from winning broader recognition for its market economic status and caused many trade disputes. With more than 20 years of durable efforts, however, a relatively complete IPR enforcement protection system has been established in this country. China has enhanced its ability to tackle cooperated violations, improve international cooperation and boost public awareness about IPR protection.
