China's state intellectual property office unveiled an annual report of IPR protection on Tuesday, saying significant progress in battling IPR piracy has been made in recent years. On the other hand, the US formally filed a complaint on copyright violations in China to the WTO last Monday, saying piracy and counterfeiting levels remained "unacceptably high" in China.
