In today's program, we will focus on China's sporting industry, which was blessed by the huge victory at the Athens Olympic Games in Greece. But critics argue that China still lives in the shadow of the former East Germany in training its athletes and in winning honors for the country. They go on to say that the central government should not invest in the competitive sports but should provide a strong financial support and facilities for what we call the popular mass sport events and education.
