Models in short haircuts reminiscent of the 1920's, drifted down a circular catwalk at the Paris Grand Palais.

Dresses, embellished with sequins and beads dominated. The palette ranged from pale greys and silvers, to black, pale pink and ivory.

Feathers and fringes also added adornment to dresses and skirts.

Silk cocktail dresses, some with pleats and ruffles, were fitted at the waist and shoulder. The silhouette was ultra feminine.

A new take on the classic Chanel tweeds saw jackets in metallic grey shimmering with beads and crystals. Skirts were circular, hemmed at the knee and flowing. For evening wear, the dresses provided as much glitter and glamour as you could expect to see.
