Beichuan county welcomes the return of live entertainment. Popular artists from Beijing came to mingle among the local people, bringing warmth, merriment and the first entertainment shows since the disaster.

The performance was in Leigu town. The community has become an allocation center for quake victims in Beichuan. Pop singers from Beijing volunteered to do something for the people here. They used their music to help soothe the pain among quake victims.

The performance was held on Children's Day, an appropriate day for the return of merriment and an inspiration for new hope. The volunteer art troupe is now touring other quake stricken towns of Sichuan.
