As the eyes of the world turn to China and the upcoming summer Olympic Games, Beijing spruces up for the coming of visitors - China's national acrobatic troupe is gearing up to entertain Olympic crowds.

The national acrobatic troupe, China's best acrobatic team, will perform its latest work, "Splendid" at Beijing's Poly Theatre. The show opens July 4 continues to the end of August.

The two-hour performance includes 13 programmes. The troupe's director, Wang Yunfen says 80 of the company's best acrobats take part in the performance.

Wang Yunfen, head of the Chinese Acrobatc Troupe, said, "The acrobatic performances we will give during the Games are the best in China - which means they are among the best in the World. Most of our programs have won international and domestic awards."
