The summer draws near and in China, as music lover prepare to savour a Spring crop of blossoming new talent. But the focus is not entirely on newcomers. Artists who have been around for a while are joining the fray with new releases to compete for the attention of audiences. In our "Countdown" today, we take a look at five hot music videos that recently hit the airwaves across the country.

No. 5 Bobo "My World"
The Pop duo Bobo, -- Jing Bairan and Fu Xinbo, have just released a new album "My World". Supervising the recording were celebrated Taiwan musicians Li Sisong and Huang Yida. Thanks to Taiwan MV director Bi Erjia, Bobo is able to reveal a full, vigorous potential. The pop duo enjoys growing popularity among China's younger generation. The two singers have been honoured with many awards on many occasions.
No.4 Angela Zhang "That Is Not Love, My Dear"
Entitled "Ang 5.0", Angela Chang's latest, serves to underscore a musical style gaining maturity. "I'm in Love", one of the hits compiled in the CD, is rich in elements of rock -- and that goes to complement Chang's someone juvenile voice. The title track "That Is Not Love, My Dear", was specially tailored for her by Taiwan R&B king Jay Chou and by Vincent Fang. The track tends to the R&B side. Chang's fans love it.
No.3 Jasmine Leong's "J'Adore"
Taiwan singer Jasmine Leong pulled off an impressive year on the concert tour last year. Her 2006 album "Kiss" was a major hit and still sells. Now, she's ready with a new album, her ninth Chinese language collection "J'adore." She shot the video for the title track at the Church on the Water, one of the architectural masterpieces of Tadao Ando. The track was also the theme for the 2007 heart breaker, The Most Distant Course.
No.2 Rene Liu, "I Am Fine"
"I am Fine" is the first album for Liu since signing with Asia Museum Entertainment.It's a collection of soft, mellow tunes, serving up a creamy sense of nostalgia and sad romance. Lyrics are trimmed, terse and vigorous. Most are written with the broad perspective of love in mind. The album bring fans a step toward meeting the real Rene.
No.1 Joanna Wang, "Labyrinth"
Taiwan singer Joanna Wang is widely viewed as sharing vocal qualities with Nora Jones and Lisa Ono. Wang's maiden collection, Start from Here, proved an immediate success. Her catalogue includes seven English original productions, three of her own creations, two adaptations and five Chinese songs. The album's hit--Labyrinth--holds steady at the top of major music charts across the country.
