The popular television program, "Wushu Master", is to be shown on South Korea's mainstream channel YTN TV.

The producers and the network have signed an agreement to broadcast the show in April. Produced by CCTV'S Olympic Channel and China's Federation of University Sports, Wushu Master has drawn world attention since it first appeared.
The premiere of the South Korean version of "Wushu Master" will be held in the capital Soeul in April.
From then on, YTN TV will air last year's 14 competitions. It's the first time that traditional Chinese sports games owned by China, will be commercially and regularly broadcast abroad.
Yong-Ju Jeon, president of YTN Media Corp., said, "Chinese Wushu is very popular with Korean families. We believe that broadcasting Wushu Masters will attract a huge Korean audience."
Negotiations for "Wushu Master" to be sold to European, American and Asian television networks are currently underway.
CCTV's Sports Promotion Limited Corporation made a detailed presentation on games resources from all of China's Olympic channels, which have sprung under the umbrella of the upcoming Beijing Olympics.
