Chinese people are getting an excellent opportunity to learn more about life in the Republic of Korea. 2007 marks the 15th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and the Republic of Korea. The Korean national broadcaster, KBS has provided China's CCTV with five TV features about Korea's life style, arts and traditions. Our reporter xxxx shares some of the stories from this special contribution to cultural exchange between the two nations.
In the past 15 years, the two countries have held over 100 activities promoting economic and cultural cooperation. Young-Dae Park believes through these efforts, understanding between the two peoples will be geatly improved.
Young-Dae Park, minister counsellor of Embassy of the Republic of Korea, said, "The program exchange between KBS World and CCTV contributes a lot to the cultural cooperation between the Republic of Korea and China. I'm very happy. It could help audiences share the life style, arts and different traditions of two nations."
