As the Olympic spirits spreads from Beijing around the world. Acclaimed British director Daryl Goodrich is one of five foreign directors tapped to shoot an Olympic promotional video called "Vision Beijing". His earlier promo for London's Olympic bid has already been widely praised.

Daryl Goodrich excels at sport themes. His short film in support of London's Olympic bid, featuring a female runner, unveiled a London, ancient but ever vibrant.

He says his five minute sketch of Beijing took inspiration from an old Tianjin newspaper report, written one hundred years ago.
