Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region boasts lush grassland and flocks of cows and sheeps. We can taste the lush flavor through watching their local song and dance performances featuring as part of the National Minority Arts Festival.The show is named after a well-known folk song from the region, "Our Ningxia is a Wonderful Land". Wearing their ethnic costumes, the performers are bursting out the cheerful personalities of the Muslims living at the top of the Great Bend of Huanghe river.

The acrobatic program which displays the suppleness of a body is highlighted by the splendid light effects. "Stepping Feet", used to be a sport own to Ningxia people, is adapted to a group dance, with modern melodies involved. The dance shows the masculinity of the men from the region.
