Local health authorities in east China's Zhejiang Province say an  A/H1N1 flu patient has died from an accident in hospital.

The 34-year-old woman was found dead in a ward lavatory at the No. 1 People's Hospital in Hangzhou. The patient was recovering before her death and her temperature had been normal for a week. Police and health authorities are investigating the incident.
