At the China Catering Service Forum, the China Cuisine Association said a lot of Chinese food will be offered. But 70 percent of the food at Olympic accommodations will be western.
Beijing caterers cooked up thousands of new recipes to ensure participants don't get bored with their dinners. 6,000 people will serve food at the Olympic villages, media center and the international broadcasting center including 1,800 cooks.
