According to the latest figures released by the China National Network Information Center,the number of Internet users in China reached 137 million, 10.5 percent of China's total population.

The surpassing of ten percent is considered as the point that China's Internet development will get into fast growth. According to CNNIC, the number of Internet users in China grew by 26 million, up 23 percent compare to the same period of last year. This is the fastest growth rate ever. In Beijing, the number of netizen has accounted for 30 percent of the residents.

The number of domain names also rise dramatically, hitting 4 million, with a monthly growth of 200 thousand. The website with .cn as domain name reaches 1.8 million, up 64 percent compared to the same period of last year.

Meanwhile, the usage of Internet-over-mobile has become more popular. 12 percent of the Netizens use mobile phones to get onto the Internet.

The survey indicates the beginning of the fast development of China's Internet industry.
