The Bund on the Huangpu River is one of Shanghai's best known landmarks. Since Monday, it has seen the addition of a giant, boat borne, television screen. The two hundred and forty square meter screen can be watched from one and a half kilometers away. It plays news, advertisements, and promotional spots for public courses. The mobile TV screen will move at 15 kilometers an hour, up and down the river, every evening.
