topics should be interesting to the teenages. Start with greeting, selfintroductions, school, hobbies/activities. so students can have conversation among each other without feeling stalking people with question about personal information. Alson need keep in mind that the lesson should target for non native speakers.

When I watch your programs on learning Chinese it is helpful when the proper cultural ways are presented. Such as: The proper way to use hand gestures. How not to offend a person in China is very important to me. I saw your tv programs a few things which were helpful such as "eye contact" how to call a cab, and so on. Perhaps a show on the differences in Western and Chinese everyday living. Thank you,

A podcast of the lesson (that is, an audio-only mp3 version of the video) would be very useful. That way, students could download the lesson on a cell phone or ipod. I understand the video is important, but the audio-only version could be used for reviews after the student watched the video.

I enjoy watching the Chinese Television, seeing the great developments, the beautiful color display of cutural dance, the landscape, the country side, seeing people like me who will never have a chance to travel that far. However, the most important question I like to ask is, are there black chinese over there? When the news is on, I look at the background to see but I have never seen any black person. Please let me know.
