No.1 philanthropist comes to Yushu for quake relief

China's model philanthropist, Chen Guangbiao, is on this plane and has now donated 40,000 yuan!" Then all of the passengers began to make donations.

Chen Guangbiao, chairman of Jiangsu Huangpu Recycle Resources Co., has been tied up doing good deeds. During the Wenchuan Earthquake, he donated tens of millions of yuan and led rescue workers to drive bulldozers to the disaster areas to help in the rescue. He was given the title of National Earthquake-Relief Work Model by the CPC Central Committee, the State Council and the Military Commission of the CPC Central Committee.

After learning that Qinghai Province's Yushu County was hit by an earthquake, he immediately decided to go to the disaster area to assist in the rescue.
