My daughter says the programs I present are "childish."

Liu Chunyan, who has presented children's programs for many years and kept her typical haircut, made an appearance at an activity site at the Tongchuang International Primary School located in Xin Village, Jiangbei District. She was not only warmly welcomed by students, but many students' parents also wanted to meet her at the school after asking for leave from work.

As a children's program presenter, more than 100 million children in China have watched her programs. "Has your daughter watched your programs?" A reporter asked. Liu said with a smile that when she was young her daughter did not understand how her mother was on TV and also beside her. Liu said that every time she watched her programs with her daughter, her daughter was always absent-minded and would hardly ever finish watching the program. Her daughter prefers to communicate with her directly. "Now she thinks my programs are childish." Liu said with a smile, although her daughter is only 10 years old, she understands that presenting programs is her mother's job. She sometimes offers suggestions about Liu's programs and predicts which programs will be liked by children.
