Popular colors at parade village: white marks on sun-tanned face

As soon as you enter the parade village, you will find white marks, untouched by the sun, on soldiers' foreheads, cheeks, necks, arms and legs.

There are six black and white marks, the black deeply tanned by the sun and the white untouched by the sun's rays, and the two colors contrast sharply. Everybody's exposed skin has been tanned by the sun. Soldiers say that this combination of white and dark skin is the fashion of the military parade village.
