The talks were announced today following a meeting between Alessandro Teixeira, Brazil's commissioner general for World Expo 2010 and President of the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency, and Huang Jianzhi, deputy director general of the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination.

The pavilion will be rented from the organizer and construction is set to be finished in August.

The pavilion will also feature a section highlighting the 2014 FIFA World Cup to be hosted by Brazil.
