Chinese leaders meet Mironov
China says it hopes the existing Sino－Russian "strategic partnership of cooperation" can be further strengthened. This was the message from meetings in Beijing Tuesday between visiting Russian Federation Council Chairman Sergey Mironov and Chinese leaders. Indonesian President visits site of car bombing
Indonesia President Megawati Sukarnoputri has visited the site of Tuesday´s hotel bombing. At least 14 were killed and 149 wounded when a powerful car bomb exploded outside the Marriott hotel in downtown Jakarta.
UN, Australian and US reactions to Jakarta bomb attack
