 Real Madrid's visit is bringing more attention than usual to Kunming, the capital of Yunnan Province. Real Madrid and the local Yunnan Hongta have both been training there. Fans' curiosity was satisfied when Real Madrid held another press conference on Wednesday afternoon.
David Beckham, Roberto Carlos and Ronaldo－－－the world's most renowned football players chatted and joked in a relaxed atmosphere. After a warm－up, Real Madrid practiced their unique net style football exercises led by head coach Carlos Queiroz. After the training, the Spanish team went over to watch Yunnan Hongta training. A familiar face also appeared on the field, former China national coach Bora Milutinovic.
At the press conference later, Beckham was once more under the spotlight, and attracted the most media attention. He answered several questions that have been buzzing in the media recently such as his conflict with other players and his present physical condition.
When asked about his feelings for Real Madrid compared with his former club, Beckham said there wasn't much of a difference. Manchester United's assistant coach Queiroz had come with him, and football was the most important thing for him no matter which team he played for.
