Braised fish in black bean

    Ingredients:

    Grass fish

    Black beans

    Red pepper

    Leeks

    Ginger

    Rice wine

    Soy sauce

    Sugar

    Chicken powder

    Oyster sauce

    Fish flavouring

    Corn starch

    Corn starch with water paste

    Steps:

    1. Cut the fish, add soy sauce and corn starch.

    2. Deep fry the sliced fish.

    3. Stir-fry black bean and vegetables.

    4. Add seasonings.

    5. Fry for 3-4 minutes then serve.
