Fried shrimps and tofu

    Ingredients:

    Shrimps

    Tree fungus

    Red pepper

    Japanese Tofu

    Garlic leaves

    Sesame oil

    Chicken powder

    Cooking wine

    Salt

    Corn starch with water

    Steps:

    1. Cut the garlic leaves.

    2. Cut the red pepper into diamond shaped pieces.

    3. Cut the tofu.

    4. Deep-fry the shrimps then the tofu separately.

    5. Lightly fry the garlic leaves, adding cooking wine, water, salt and chicken powder.

    6. Put the tofu and shrimp together and stand for a while.
