Fried Shrimp Rolls

    Ingredients:

    Jumbo prawns

    Shrimp

    Fatty pork mince

    Lean pork mince

    Lettuce

    Seaweed

    Tofu skin

    Egg

    Salty duck egg

    Corn starch

    Salt

    White pepper

    Sugar

    Chicken powder

    Rice wine

    Steps:

    1. Wrap the duck egg in seaweed.

    2. Marinate the prawn.

    3. Mix minced pork and shrimp with seasoning.

    4. Wrap the ingredients in tofu skin.

    5. Deep fry the shrimp rolls.

    6. Cut the shrimp roll into pieces.
