    Ingredients:

    Chicken breasts

    Red pepper

    Green pepper

    Onion

    Carrot

    Spring onion

    Garlic

    Chicken powder

    Salt

    Sugar

    Sesame oil

    Cooking wine

    Ground pepper

    Corn starch

    Egg white

    Corn starch with water paste

    Steps:

    1. Cut the chicken into thin strips and mix the salt, sugar and corn starch.

    2. Cut the vegetables.

    3. Heat the oil to 80 to 100 degrees and cook the chicken.

    4. Remove the chicken and clean the pan.

    5. Cook the vegetables.

    6. Add the chicken back and stir.
