    Corn starch with water




    1 Cut the spare ribs into small pieces.

    2 Mix the cooking wine and salt together.

    3 Mix the flour with the corn starch mixture, and put the pork pieces into a batter.

    4 Make a sauce by mixing the cooking wine, sugar and vinegar.

    5 Heat oil in pan, then deep-fry the pork pieces twice.

    6 Pour the sauce over the pork pieces, garnish with spring onion.
