CPPCC holds 4th plenary meeting

The meeting also discussed technological aid to Tibet Autonomous Region from other provinces. One member said more research centers and engineering projects that suit the local situation in Tibet is the key to common development.

Another CPPCC member wanted to establish a complete stocks of emergency supplies to improve disaster relief. And another proposed reform of the household registration system to reduce the urban-rural divide.
