The DPRK has begun restricting traffic through two checkpoints on its border with South Korea.
The move comes in response to what the DPRK says are Seoul's hard-line policies toward Pyongyang.

The restrictions have forced the suspension of two landmark reconciliation projects - a cross-border train service and tours to the DPRK's historic border city of Kaesong.
South Korea's Unification Ministry says the DPRK has also ordered a sharp cut in the number of South Koreans permitted to work and stay at a joint industrial complex in Kaesong.
The cutback is expected to affect 88 South Korean companies running factories in Kaesong, which employ more than a quarter of a million DPRK citizens.
