Japanese zoo names twin baby pandas

A pair of baby pandas have made their debut at a zoon in Japan. There was much fanfare and anticipation.
Born to mother panda "Rauhin" at in the city of Shirahama in Wakayama the twin cubs are the first to be born in Japan through artificial insemination.

Their names "Meihin" and "Eihin" chosen by a public vote unveiled also on Thursday.
Meihin was only 194 grams at birth, but now weighs more than two and a half kilograms.
Meanwhile, her little brother clocked in at just under two and a half kilos. Zoo staff are making sure their new stars stay safe and healthy.
