French Minister slams photos of Taliban fighters wearing uniforms of dead French soldiers

The French Defense Minister has expressed disappointment over the publication of photographs of Afghan Taliban fighters wearing the uniforms of dead French soldiers.

Coffins of the French soldiers killed in Afghanistan are  carried during a funeral ceremony in Paris.

Herve Morin says he supports freedom of the press but questions a French magazine's decision to publish the photos.

On Thursday, Paris Match magazine published photos of Taliban fighters wearing the uniforms of French soldiers killed last month in Afghanistan.
