South Korean media's reports that the DPRK is rebuilding the Yongbyon nuclear facilities are raising concerns over the situation on the Korean peninsula. But the US says there is no evidence of actual reconstruction of nuclear facility on Pyongyang's part.
US State Department spokesman Sean McCormack says that DPRK was just moving some equipment around that they had previously put into storage.

The DPRK said about a week ago it had stopped disabling its nuclear facilities and considered restoring the Yongbyon nuclear reactor.
It has accused the US of violating a disarmament deal. But the South Korean Foreign Ministry has expressed concerns.
The Ministry says steps towards rebuilding went against nuclear non-proliferation efforts and could disrupt the six-party talks.
