One killed, 27 injured in suicide attacks in NW Pakistan

ISLAMABAD, Aug. 29 (Xinhua) -- One person was killed and 27 security men were injured in three suicide attacks in Pakistan's North West Frontier Province (NWFP) on Friday.
Suicide bombers attempted to ram three explosive-laden vehicle sat security forces camp in a building near Kohat tunnel in NWFP, according to private Geo TV channel.
The first suicide bomber drove his vehicle towards the building where security force soldiers were staying, and security personnel opened fire on the vehicle before it could reach the structure.
As the bullets struck the car, it exploded at the gate of the complex. The second car was blown up after hitting the wall and the third suicide bomber left the car at the gate of the camp and managed to flee.
As a result, one was killed and 27 others including inspector of tunnel security forces William Johnson were injured in the blast.
Security forces cordoned off the area after the incident.
