United States wins men´s basketball Olympic gold

BEIJING, Aug. 24 (Xinhua) -- The United States defeated Spain 118-107 to take the men's basketball gold medal at the Beijing Olympic Games here on Sunday.

The bronze medal went to Argentina who downed Lithuania 87-75.
